We understand that legal problems arise in everyone's lives, and most often the timing and manner of these problems are not in our control. Sometimes the issues are simple and sometimes the issues are more complex. Sometimes the issues can be resolved quickly, and sometimes the issues require more time to resolve. Somtimes the issues are more emotional, such as the death of a loved one, the break-up of a family, or the termination of our job.
We strive to empower you with the knowlege and confidence to attack these problems calmly and with self-control, to make informed decisions that will better your situation. We want you to understand the legal process, to understand your case, and to understand all of the possible scenarios that you may encounter as we work through your issues together, so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family.
"Winning" and "Losing" can mean different things to different people. In many cases, the "winners" and the "losers" are not as clear-cut as one may think. For example, children in a custody dispute may not understand or even care who the "winners" and the "losers" are. Sometimes, the path one travels needs to be altered as the case moves forward. Rather than focusing on terms such as "winning" and "losing," we strive to educate our clients so they understand the big picture and can predict, as much as possible, how their current decisions can and will impact their future lives.
We encourage collaboration, mediation, and exploring options that can lead to the best results in the most economical manner, without the need for extensive litigation. In our experience, "scorched earth" tactics don't belong in the law. We believe the client does not benefit from being afraid to call the Attorney because of costs. When you work with us, you will always have control over the strategy and the costs to best achieve your desired results. And if litigation ends up being the chosen path, you will be confident that you explored all of the options in the most economical framework.
As a 2 person team, we are able to provide both the male and female prospective for our clients. Our backgrounds and work histories vary and provide for different insight and strategies for our clients. Many of our clients find the dual husband and wife team very supportive. We each have different strengths that compliment each other and provide for a balanced representation for our clients.
